Great hotel, great value for money and very good area. As always with Premier Inn, they are very comfortable and clean hotels. The rooms are spacious with large bed and tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. Bathroom is very clean and spacious. Enough towels provided with extra pillows. Lovely warm and cosy room. The service was good all staff helpful and friendly and efficient. We left our bags in store while we looked around Eastbourne as we were early to book in. The location was excellent right in the heart of Eastbourne, bus stop right outside and right in the middle of the shopping centre. Seafront is only 10 mins walk away down Terminus road. The breakfast is amazing as always cooked to order, with everything you can think of eggs can be fried, poached, scrambled or even boiled which is lovely. The sausages are very tasty and seasoned. You can even have black pudding, which a lot of hotels don't have. Plenty of tea and coffee and juices and toast and cereals available. It was so nice and warm to come home at night to such a lovely hotel where you feel so safe. When we left we left our bags in storage and when we collected them the lady was so nice as it was Christmas Eve, she said take the labels off the luggage so that people don't know that you are tourists, as you don't want to get pick pocketed while waiting for the bus, hanging about town, and she also said use the toilet before you go as you don't know what will open later, she was so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

We paid extra for a premier plus room and it was very comfortable and quiet stay. We did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. The staff were very helpful and polite. Will stay again. Not a lover of rainfall showers so that was negative. With a wand shower you can wash your hair without having to have a shower, only negative.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The benefit of Premier Inn is you always know what you're going to get. Quiet room, nice bed, and a clean bathroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Is it the nicest hotel around? No, but for the price, it's spot on. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and excellent room, but air conditioning could not be adjusted below 19 degrees, and I doubt the temperature dropped below 21 in the room. Can't open the window, feeling stuffy. No parking, had to use ncp at 7. 95 per night. Lovely food, especially the ale and steak pie

Had a lovely few days here..all staff really helpful and friendly..place is kept nice.. lovely comfy bed, bit high if you've only got short legs though lol .. nice hot water and good shower.. location is perfect for shops,sea and public transport... have stayed before and will again..

Friendly staff and clean, fair sized rooms which give you a good nights sleep. The unlimited full breakfast at £9.99 was excellent, with hot items freshly cooked. The location is close to the shopping centre and only a few minutes walk to the sea front.

Rooms are average. Service was poor, no daily room cleaning, no fresh towels, no refilling of teas or toilet paper, no toilet extractor fan. Asked for an iron but never got it. The location is pretty much the only good thing about the hotel, within walking distance of many good restaurants and the local shopping mall and seafront.

We stayed a few months ago , forgot to review then. Rooms clean , breakfast really fresh and cooked perfectly, great care to make it as you want it. Staff are amazing . So helpful. Only negative is that when it’s full you may find you can only get breakfast at the 6.30 am slot! Not much of a lie in on a break but other than that great .
